Our Team

Kurt Belcher, President/CEO

Kurt is an Orange County native and an aviation enthusiast with a love for philanthropy and politics. With a degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Kurt’s aviation background has consisted of positions such as flight instructor, corporate commercial pilot, as well as previous Founder of Encore Aviation and Encore Jet Center FBO. As President and CEO of STAjets, Kurt’s focus is leading the company to the forefront of the Aviation Industry with a distinct focus on safety and service.

Kerry Belcher, Chief Financial Officer

Kerry served as the President of First Interstate Capital Corporation for 25 years. With an extensive background in Private Investment Real Estate and a BA in Economics from Pomona College, Mr. Belcher monitors STAjets financial status, profitability and growth. Kerry also served in the US Army Security Agency in foreign intelligence which required a Top Secret – Code Clearance.

Megan Cunningham, General Manager

Megan brings over 15 years of aviation experience to STAjets. Beginning her career with Raytheon in Wichita Kansas, Ms Cunningham has a long history of Aircraft Management experience including Charter Sales, International Dispatch, Marketing and Accounting. Megan was formerly the Vice President of Charter Services for Jet Source as well as Flight Analyst for Motorola Mobility. With a passion for team leadership and a distinct focus on customer retention Megan is tasked with providing daily oversight of the business, overseeing all Managed Aircraft Accounts and leading growth initiatives at STAjets. Megan also actively serves on the Southern California Aviation Association Committee.

Erik Neiderman, Director of Operations

Erik brings to STAjets a balance of aviation and business related background. Becoming a licensed pilot back in the late 80’s, Erik’s pursuit of the dream aviation job led him down the path of an entrepreneurial venture. Having owned and operated multiple restaurants, a microbrewery and a beverage bottling company, his passion for aviation could not be ignored. Erik has acquired multiple type ratings while building relationships with the FAA along with valuable knowledge and skills. With 12 years experience in Aircraft Charter and Management Erik joins STAjets as Director of Operations. His active role is maintaining our relationship with the FAA and to ensure STAjets exceeds all government requirements.

Isaac Luczki, Chief Pilot

Originally from Seattle Washington, Isaac began flying at the age of 15. Isaac holds a BA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.  With extensive international flying experience, multi and single engine ATP and over 6,000 hours Isaac’s aviation experience includes both assistant Chief Pilot and Chief Instructor positions. In addition being a lead Captain on the Nextant 400XT, Isaac is responsible administering STAjets Safety Program as well as training all new Flight Crews. When he isn’t flying or training, Isaac enjoys playing guitar and running marathons.

Zach Rutledge, Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development Zach focuses on expanding our client base and ensuring each customer has an outstanding experience. Zach’s passion for aviation started as a child and continued into high school when he took his first flying lesson. After graduating from the University of Redlands in 2004 Zach began a career in sales management.

Zach entered the Aircraft Charter industry over 6 years ago and has managed sales departments of all sizes. As a commercially rated pilot with thousands of hours, Zach brings an operational understanding to sales departments ensuring a seamless process for customers. In his spare time, Zach enjoys sailing, traveling and spending time with his wife and son.

Stephen Davenport, Director of Charter Sales

Stephen Graduated in 2007 from California State University-Monterey Bay where he studied Marine Biology and Costal Ecology. Stephen started his career as a concierge at STAjets where he rediscovered his passion for aviation and fined tuned his skills in sales and customer service. Now serving as Director of Charter Sales, Stephen ensures every flight is executed flawlessly. Attitude determines altitude and his dedication to his work is the epitome to his can do, today not tomorrow, upbeat positive approach on life. On his off time, Stephen can be found surfing up and down the California coastline.

Cameron Campbell, Private Charter Executive

A graduate from the University of Southern California, Cameron studied business administration with a focus on the private aviation industry at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Cameron has been passionately involved in aviation his entire life; he earned his Private Pilot’s license in July 2012 and is currently working on his Instrument Rating. Cameron uses his background in sales and customer service to ensure STAjets Clients receive the best flight experience possible.
